Online programming

After careful preparation, the work of the online programmer becomes much easier and faster. After the initial commissioning, the online programming phases are formed. That means uploading the programs, teaching the positions, testing, optimizing cycle times and product quality. In addition to the following programs, we mostly work with Notepad++.
Technologies with which we already have experience: spot welding, handling (with camera, searching for multi-dimensional parts, stacking / stacking), conveyor tracking, gluing, glue spraying, milling, screwing, plasma surface activation, laser deburring, laser welding, automatic TCP and basic measurement , Tool change.

We have knowledge of programming CS8 and CS9.
We like to use Stäubli Robot Suite 2019.
We work with Stäubli robots in special machine construction.

Programming for other types of robots

Our short-term plans: expand our area of activity with UR, Omron/Adept and Fanuc programming.
In addition to the robot types mentioned above, we are open to new professional challenges.
